A patient or family member’s ability to express gratitude for the care provided by a doctor, nurse, or other members of their caregiving team can be an important part of the healing process.
The Prisma Health-Upstate Foundation established the Gifts of Gratitude program to extend patients and their loved ones the opportunity to thank and honor caregivers who have made a difference in their lives by making a charitable gift to Prisma Health.
As a nonprofit health care system, Prisma Health relies on philanthropic support to advance patient care, enhance technologies, initiate and continue research, and train the next generation of healthcare professionals.

How to make a difference
