The Prisma Health-Upstate Foundation Micro-Grant program is intended to provide clinical care teams with resources that will help improve the patient experience, quality of care, or support our team members. Thank you for your interest in submitting a request. Please remember these important guidelines:
- Individual awards will not exceed $5,000
- The application portal is open OCTOBER 1 – NOVEMBER 15 of each year (requests received outside of this window will not be considered)
- Applications will be reviewed by the Foundation Board of Directors in JANUARY
- Funds will be made available to selected applicants in FEBRUARY and must be used by the end of the fiscal year
- Award recipients are required to share how the funds were used/the impact of the award
